Bio
Billy K is a singer and multi-instrumentalist from Redlands, California. They started their musical journey at the age of 9, learning classical flute, but started studying jazz on alto sax at age 12. They have worked as a session musician in LA, singing lead and backup vocals, including the most recent EP by Ship of Souls, released in October of 2025. They have been singing since they could talk, and started acting in musicals when they were 6 years old. Their most recent roles include Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, Velma Von Tussle in Hairspray, and Frenchie in Grease.

Billy K has also both directed and performed in multiple competitive collegiate a cappella groups. They directed the a cappella groups Queercappella and Simply Vocale at Chapman University, and even made their television debut on The CW's Christmas Caroler Competition with Simply Vocale, placing second.​

Billy K earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University, but is currently studying popular voice at Pasadena City College under Mary Durst. They hope to complete their AA Degree in Music and begin a Master's Degree in Commercial Music at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
